General Manager
As General Manager, Gerry provides leadership and direction to our sales, operations and construction teams. Leading through high energy, Gerry is always trying to bring his own touch to every project with value added products and services to enhance every client’s experience. Gerry has over 15 years in the building industry and is still the house dork he was on his first day! Gerry is certified under Manitoba Homes Builders “Master Builder Program” and is continuously researching the latest in building science.
Dan (Connie)Froese
CPA, CA | Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO, Connie provides strategic and financial directions to assist the Group in reaching its business goals. Her experience includes business acquisitions and mergers, corporate restructuring and planning, business projections and new business start ups, as well as process and procedures engineering. Connie also provides leadership for the group’s effective risk management strategy and she leads the group’s centralized administration team which is responsible for accounting, finance, human capital and information technology related matters.
Connie is currently on the board of Westman Immigration Services as well as the Brandon Dance Ensemble.
Connie is an alumni of Brandon University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accounts of Manitoba.
